Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email max@probatewire.com or use the cancellation link provided with your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period; you retain access to the feed through the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because ProbateWire is a recurring monthly service billed in advance and delivered weekly, we do not generally provide prorated refunds for a partial month after the trial. However, we stand behind the product: if you are charged in error, or if a delivery failure on our side prevented you from receiving the feed you paid for, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right — including a full or partial refund where appropriate. We review every refund request individually and in good faith.
